SMS Messaging

QRBuilding helps residents confirm access to their registered phone and choose useful building updates. Our sole SMS sender is (888) 906-6886. QRBuilding is operated by Serenae Meridian Group LLC.

SMS availability depends on your building. Your preferences page shows whether alert delivery is available. Saving a preference does not mean messages are being sent.

Resident verification

Explicitly request a single-use link to the U.S. phone number on your building’s approved roster. One text per eligible request; the link normally expires in ten minutes. Message and data rates may apply.

This confirms access to the contact, not legal identity, ownership, tenancy or universal authorization. It never enrolls you in building alerts.

How to request verification

Optional building alerts

A separate, unchecked choice allows QRBuilding texts from your identified building’s management: water shutdowns, service interruptions, important operational notices and relevant safety updates. Frequency varies with building activity. Message and data rates may apply. No marketing or visitor advertisements.

Verify your on-file phone first, then review and save your choice for that building. Supplying a number, roster entry, email verification or staff action does not enroll you. Consent is not required for verification, ordinary portal access or purchase.

Eligibility and changes

Only residents with a current authorized building association and verified on-file phone may enroll. Phone changes, building moves and lost roster eligibility suspend the affected enrollment. Consent does not transfer to a new phone, person or building.

Where your building supports email verification, use the approved email route in its hub. Contact management if your contact is missing or unavailable. Building alerts remain optional.

Stop, rejoin or get help

Enrollment happens on the website. Texting a keyword does not request a verification link or enroll you in building alerts.

STOP blocks both verification and building alerts covered by this number or Messaging Service. Turning off building alerts on this page affects only this building’s alerts. To rejoin after STOP, text START or UNSTOP to (888) 906-6886, then verify your phone and choose each building’s alerts again. A checkbox cannot clear a provider block; START does not restore old subscriptions.

Reply HELP for help or email support@qrbuilding.com. Keyword confirmations are handled by the messaging provider or carrier.

Delivery may be delayed or fail. SMS is not guaranteed, an official public-warning service, or a replacement for emergency services or the building’s other required emergency channels. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS opt-in and consent information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers process the information needed to deliver requested texts and handle preferences. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and choices.
